Print Shipping Label
Once your return request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.
Ship the Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and labels remain intact on the yarn.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
